Virus deactivated my antivirus and took away my administrator rights - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Help - BleepingComputer

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me because I'm in serious trouble.

Yesterday a virus disabled my antivirus, my task manager and took away my administrator rights.

So I did a scan with Malwarebytes and deleted the files that was corrupted. But I still can't recover access to the files (I can't modify or move them, even after I've done the manipulations --> Properties>Advanced>Security>Change Owner...).

Thank you in advance for your help, I've made a scan on Farbar Recovery Scan, maybe it can help !
