Malware Google? - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Help - BleepingComputer

Good evening everyone.
I opened CCleaner to do a weekly cleaning and i noticed in the menu of the startup applications a very strange voice of Google that i never seen, and in the second screen, also a strange powershell path.
Is it possible malware? I had never seen such a path. But strange, until the other day i ran a virus scan (with kaspersky) with no internet connected, and found nothing unusual.
if it is not malware, is it still possible to be a virus? Trojan etc etc
