When I did double click it, I remember getting a standard windows dialog box. I believe it said the path did not exist or shortcut unavailable.. got a letter from virgin media, my internet provider. - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Help - BleepingComputer

hiya im santik, i received a letter in the post today from my internet provider, virgin media, saying they believe a device was infected with a malware called azorult. i have done a few different scans of my pc using different softwares, these softwares being: bullguard, hitmanpro, F-secure, and i cannot remember the name of the 4th one. all came up clean. i tested my iphone and ipad with Mcafee security and they were both clean. what else can i do? and what are the chances this is just virgin media being cautious, and is a false report, although a very welcome one.
